I was a Data Analyst for 3 years in a private company. The job focuses more on editing and proofreading legal documents before publishing. While doing that, I was also assigned as a Back-up Team Leader who assists the team and divides tasks to everyone in the absence of the leader.
After that, I worked as an Email Support in a BPO company for almost 2 years, offering support to customers of an online shop. At the same time, I'm the team's point of contact who's responsible for updating dashboards and daily reports while aiding the team in achieving goals.
However, I decided to quit the job to work full time in home-based jobs.
