About

Transforming geospatial data into sustainable solutions – bridging technology, environment, and global impact.

With over a decade of expertise as a GIS Analyst and Agricultural Engineer, I specialize in turning complex spatial data into actionable strategies for environmental sustainability. My journey began in Bolivia, where I honed my technical skills in GIS tools (QGIS, ArcGIS) and programming (Python, R) while working on critical projects like deforestation risk analysis for the World Bank and optimizing irrigation systems with GIZ.

My passion lies at the intersection of data science and environmental stewardship. From mapping 10,000 km of Bolivia’s road network to predicting deforestation trends with machine learning models, I’ve consistently delivered solutions that balance ecological health and economic viability. Collaborating with international organizations like GreenLAC and the Eco.Business Fund has deepened my commitment to global sustainability, driving me to design systems that empower communities and protect natural resources.

A lifelong learner, I hold certifications in IBM Data Science and Machine Learning, ensuring my work stays ahead of technological curves. Beyond technical prowess, I thrive in multicultural teams, bridging gaps between stakeholders, governments, and technical experts. When not analyzing maps or coding, I advocate for open-source GIS tools and mentor emerging professionals in Latin America’s environmental sector.
