I hired William to create some T-Shirt Graphics for a volunteer event. He is such a strong communicator compared to other graphic designers I've spoken with that I find I don't need much clarifying communications with him in order to get him started on a assignment. He is easy to get in touch with, willing to skype to talk through the assignment further, and is willing to do several mock-ups which aids in getting to a wonderful final product. Definitely a hidden gem within this platform!
