About

Our mission is to assist and advise clients with geo-political and military intelligence as they develop logistics infrastructure projects in developing and emerging economies.

Founded in 1990 to assist clients in developing logistics infrastructure and operations in support of such basic industries as mining, oil and gas exploration and development. In 2014 we began providing security and protection for projects and key employees.
Downey & Associates serves as a Board Advisor for Emissary Concepts, an international logistics infrastructure developer. In addition we have provided advice to investors and analysts in relation to situations in the Middle East, North Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. At the present time we are working on the development of a rail infrastructure project in support of mining operations in West Africa.
