Work Terms
To ensure a seamless and professional experience, the following work terms outline how we operate, communicate, and manage projects.
Payment Terms
Services are billed either hourly or at a flat rate, as specified in your service agreement.
Invoices are issued monthly (or as agreed) and are payable within 15 days of receipt. Payments not made by the due date may incur a late fee.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other pre-arranged options.
Preferred Communication
We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours during business hours.
Phone or video calls can be scheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Hours of Operation
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Mountain Time, USA.
After-hours support may be provided for urgent matters, subject to availability and additional fees.
Document Submission
To ensure accurate and timely service, clients must submit all relevant financial documents (e.g., bank statements, invoices, receipts) by the agreed deadlines.
Confidentiality
All client data is treated with the utmost confidentiality and safeguarded using industry best practices.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice.
Final files, reports, or reconciliations will be delivered after the settlement of any outstanding invoices.
Scope and Adjustments
Services provided will be clearly defined in the service agreement, including timelines and deliverables.
Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in a revised agreement and adjusted pricing.
We value professionalism, clear communication, and timely delivery.
