I am an efficient administrator with a can-do spirit and a keen attention to details. I am skilled at communications, scheduling, data entry on excel, copytyping, and other secretarial duties. I have worked as an administrator for over eight years. I speak fluent English and I understand a great deal of French. I have a BSc in Economics and a Masters in Managerial Psychology.
I have worked as a Marketer, Store manager, Administrative assistant, Admin manager and Director of Operations.
In the years I have worked as an administrator, I have come to understand how crucial every job/task is, how important it is to have a good assistant and how difficult it is to find an efficient one. My goal is to help make your work-life easier. I am great at multitasking. I am adaptive. I can work on my own and can work with teams. I keep to deadlines and provide excellent service. At my job as Director of Operations (operations manager), I was exposed to a lot of responsibilities. A few of them are: content development, managing social media platforms, negotiations, team development and management, event planning, customer relations, employee relations, week-end and month-end reporting, developing and reviewing KPIs, dealing with volunteers, ensuring the effectiveness of all departments. I do, however, admit that I still have room for development and i am willing to learn.
Work Terms
I can assist you for up to 30 hours a week, for as low as 10dollars an hour (can change depending on the task/job). Let me know what you need me to do as clearly as possible.
