I also have a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in human resources. While earning my degree, I worked as a restaurant supervisor. During this time, I gained excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will help build working relationships with other professionals in the organization.

I have the ability to create and post the advertisements for open positions and to recruit candidates for the available jobs. I have the skills to assist with the screening and hiring process and my previous experience helps this process to go smoother. I have the ability to create a comfortable and relaxing environment during interviews and I know the right questions to ask to help determine if a candidate is the best person for the job.
I have excellent research skills with the ability to check the work history and references of potential employees during the screening process to help determine who to call in for an interview.

I can also assist with most of the administrative duties such as receiving call , taking minutes during a meeting,scheduling the meetings, managing diary, and making hotel and flight bookings all this to make your day to day work easier.
