Quality and delivery on-time are important attributes of my work. Wide range of experience in the field of shipping industry as logistic co-coordinator and experienced in data entry works.

Started my career as an Accountant in a Sales Tax Consultants And Practitioners Firm in India from 6th February 2006. I remained there until 8th April 2008. Later on moved to Muthoot Securities Ltd one of the leading financial institutions in India as Surveillance Executive from 12th May 2008 to 3rd October 2012. Meanwhile I worked as Data Entry operator in a private firm as a part time job. I worked there about 3 and half years.

Later on I moved to Dubai, UAE and joined Promark F.Z.E, a Seafood Import and Export Firm as Import & Export Coordinator. Now I am working online for Promark F.Z.E. in India.

Job Profile:
• Planning for export shipments on basis of priority & lead period.
• Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure the most advantageous terms.
• Finalize details of orders and deliveries
• Scrutiny of Letters of Credits, Bills of Lading & other shipping documents and guarantees as per UCP standards.
• Complete Pre-Shipment & Post Shipment export/import documentation.
• Constant negotiation with Shipping lines & Freight Forwarders / Shipping Agents in an effort to improve revenue.
• Arranging shipments by Sea and Road to destinations all over the world.
• Arranging Pre-Shipment and destination inspection of cargo with leading inspection agencies like Bureau Veritas, SGS, Cotecna & Intertek International Ltd.
• Arranging for Marine and Rejection Insurance of cargo, lodging insurance claims & timely recovery of insurance claims.
• Clearing of Import shipments from Asia, Middle East and South America.
• Negotiation with banks for confirmation of Letters of Credit, discounting of LC documents, CAD documents, DA documents, etc.
• Preparing various MIS reports.
