Work Terms

Work Hours of Operation
- **Monday to Friday:** 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Your Time Zone)
- **Saturday:** By appointment only
- **Sunday:** Closed

**Note:** I’m flexible with scheduling and can accommodate urgent requests or different time zones as needed.
Payment Terms
- **Initial Consultation:** Free (up to 1 hour)
- **Deposit:** 30% of the project estimate required to secure the project and begin work.
- **Milestones:** Payment is split into phases, with 40% due at the completion of the design phase and 30% upon final delivery of the project.
- **Final Payment:** The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before delivery of all final assets.
- **Accepted Payment Methods:** Bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, or other preferred methods by prior arrangement.
- **Late Fees:** A late fee of [X]% will be applied for payments not received within [X] days of the due date.

- **Primary Communication Channels:** Email and scheduled video calls.
