*Scope of Services:*

- Writing: I will create original content for clients, including articles, blog posts, reports, and other written materials.
- Editing: I will review and revise client-provided content to improve clarity, coherence, and overall quality.
- Proofreading: I will carefully review client-provided content to detect and correct errors in spelling, grammar, punctuation, and sentence structure.

*Payment Methods:*
- Project-based rate: 1 per project
- Payment terms: Payment is due upon completion of project, unless otherwise agreed upon.

*Hours of Operation:*

- Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM [GMT, EST]
- Saturday and Sunday: Closed
- Holidays: Closed (please check website or social media for holiday schedule)

*Preferred Communication Style:*
- Phone: please leave a message and I will return your messages within 24 hours
- Online messaging platforms (e.g. Skype, Zoom, Slack):
