wsrs25 was great to work with from the start. Good attitude and a healthy dose of mutual respect enabled a free flow of communication throughout the engagement - something critically important for any project. He was highly capable of working within my deadlines, without any noticeable compromise in quality. His depth of experience was a great advantage as it allowed potential problems to be identified early and addressed on the spot. It also enabled him to give well-balanced views and suggest many valuable ideas which i took up. A good thing was he never took any liberties with the project - he always checked them with me before proceeding. I also wish to commend him on the way he took the project into his own hands - my concerns became his concerns, resulting in a quality piece of work at the end of the day.
