My core skills are in culinary arts with over 40 years experience as a cook for both military and food service industry as well as a gourmet cook at home.I also have had over 25 years experience in home remodeling and home improvement.I have been an active writer for over 40 years though i have had very little sales and am unpublished for the most part. I enjoy having adequate time to do research on the article I am currently working on.Preferably 2 days minimum deadline before first draft if is needed. I am usually available 24/7 for consultation with employer/ client since i am a retiree. I believe in a fair wage for quality work on a preset agreed upon price. When working on a project I give it 100% of my attention until it is completed to mutual satisfaction.
