My career journey started in the world of administration, where I quickly discovered my knack for organizing complex schedules, managing data, and creating systems that keep everything running like clockwork. I worked as an administrative assistant where I supported senior leadership with everything from calendar management to drafting detailed reports.

There, I also had the chance to work cross-functionally with various departments, which helped me build a deep understanding of how to streamline processes and improve communication across teams.

After several years in administration, I transitioned into the world of Quality Assurance (QA). I’ve worked as a QA specialist and have been responsible for testing processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and identifying inefficiencies that could hinder business performance. This experience sharpened my analytical mindset and helped me develop a keen eye for detail, skills that I bring to every task, whether it’s reviewing data, implementing improvements, or identifying areas for growth.

Work Terms

I am flexible and available Monday through Friday after 6 PM, and my weekends are open for any additional support you may need. My payment terms are straightforward and designed to offer flexibility. I typically operate on a [hourly/flat rate] basis, with invoices issued at the end of each week or month, depending on your preference. I believe clear and consistent communication is key to any successful collaboration. My preferred method of communication is via email for non-urgent matters, but I’m always happy to jump on a call or schedule a Zoom meeting if the need arises.
