Work Terms
1. Hours of Operation -
1.1 - Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT/Local Time).
1.2 - We are available for urgent tasks outside regular hours by prior arrangement.
1.3 - Weekend or holiday work is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
2. Payment Terms -
2.1 - Billing Cycle: Payments are invoiced on a weekly/biweekly/monthly basis, as per the project agreement.
2.2 - Payment Due Date: All invoices must be settled within 7/14/30 days of issuance.
2.3 - Payment Methods: We accept payments via Bank Transfer, PayPal, Wise, Stripe, or other agreed-upon methods.
2.4 - Late Payment Policy: Late payments may incur a X% penalty per week of delay. Work may be paused until outstanding payments are received.
2.5 - Upfront Deposits: For new clients or large projects, a X% deposit may be required before work begins.
3. Preferred Communication Style -
3.1 - Primary Communication: E-mail and project management tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Asana).
3.2 - Meeting Availability: Virtual meetings can be scheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice via Zoom or Google Meet.
3.3 - Response Time: We aim to respond to e-mails and messages within 24 hours during business days.
3.4 - Client Collaboration: We encourage clear and concise communication to ensure smooth workflow and project success.
