XorFox LLC brings together “computer scientists who speak human”. The team writes excellent software, but the focus is always on the human needs served by software. Accordingly, XorFox develops software in a way that puts the client in the driver’s seat.

XorFox members pride themselves on honest, consistent communication within the team and with clients. Agile methodologies are utilized to organize work and incorporate feedback from all sides of a project: through Scrum, new application builds are delivered with every sprint.

Depending on the client and project style, XorFox developers may take on the roles of Scrum Master (similar to Project Manager), Principal Architect (Technical Lead), and Senior Developers. XorFox also provides Agile bootcamp training at project start for clients new to Agile project management.

Work Terms

XorFox business hours are generally 8am-5pm MST, Monday through Friday. A specific off-hours contact, usually a developer, is identified for every contract. Off-hours availability is determined and guaranteed based on the nature of the contract and/or contract phase.

Depending on the tools and methods with which the client is already familiar, XorFox suggests maintaining ongoing communication using any of the following tools:
● E-mail, phone and video conferencing
● Slack team messaging
● Source repositories communication tools
● Project management tools (Atlassian, open source alternatives…)
● In-person meetings at the client site, as necessary and scheduled in advance

Xorfox standard payment terms are net 30.
