Work Terms
I follow a transparent development approach that keeps my clients updated on the progress on a regular basis to ensure that the progress is in line with the expectations of the clients.
Depending on the nature and type of project I offer work on Fixed Cost, and Time and material basis.
For Fixed Cost projects I will define the deliverables for each milestone at the time of finalizing the project.
For projects that require work to be done on a Time and Material basis, I work using Guru tracker which provides an excellent way to track hours being utilized for development in real time. Once i starts working, real-time screenshots are captured at random intervals and are sent to the clients which help them get a good idea of progress being made. Timesheets are accordingly generated for the recorded hours and are sent to the clients on a weekly basis which they can review and approve, and accordingly process the payment.
Escrow or non-escrow projects. Non-escrow project terms are 25-50% up front with the remainder due upon completion.
