Work Terms
Communication Terms:
Communication will primarily take place through the Guru messaging system, with email and/or phone calls as needed.
I will respond to all messages within 24 hours during business days (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm EST).
Weekly progress reports will be provided to ensure transparency and to keep clients up to date on project progress.
Scope of Work:
The scope of work will be clearly defined and agreed upon prior to beginning the project.
Any additional work requested beyond the original scope will be subject to additional fees.
I will not be responsible for work outside of the agreed-upon scope, or for delays caused by factors outside of my control.
Timeline:
The expected start and end dates for the project will be agreed upon prior to beginning the project.
I will make every effort to meet all agreed-upon deadlines and milestones.
If there are any delays or changes to the timeline, I will communicate these with the client as soon as possible.
Revisions:
The number of revisions included in the project will be agreed upon prior to beginning the project.
Any revisions beyond the agreed-upon amount will be subject to additional fees.
Confidentiality:
I understand the importance of confidentiality and will take all necessary measures to protect sensitive information.
Any non-disclosure agreements required for the project will be signed prior to beginning work.
