Work Terms

Hourly Rate:
My standard hourly rate for 3D modeling and animation services is $10.

Minimum Project Rate:
The minimum project rate is set at $40. This ensures that smaller projects or tasks are cost-effective for both parties.

Communication:
Communication will primarily be conducted through Guru.com messaging. Regular updates and milestone discussions will be provided to keep you informed of project progress.

Scope of Work:
The scope of work includes [list specific tasks or services you offer, e.g., 3D modeling, animation, texturing]. Detailed project requirements will be discussed and agreed upon before commencement.

Revisions:
Up to 2 revisions are included in the quoted rate. Additional revisions beyond this limit may be subject to an additional fee, to be discussed and agreed upon.

Timeline:
The estimated timeline for project completion will be provided upon project initiation. Timelines may be adjusted based on project complexity and client feedback.

Payment Terms:
For hourly projects, weekly invoices will be submitted, and for fixed-rate projects, milestone payments will be discussed and agreed upon in advance.

File Formats:
Final deliverables will be provided in mp4 jpg png mkv etc or .blend,stl,glb,fbx.obj. Compatibility with client requirements will be ensured.

Confidentiality:
All project details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. If required, a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be discussed and implemented.
