Yasmina’s motto for coaching is ‘never stop learning’. With over 15 years experience in organizational development, both in private and public sectors, she has done just that by taking part in various professional development training opportunities throughout her career.

Yasmina is a graduate of Concordia University’s Specialization of Human Relations, certified in leadership development from The Center of Leadership & Civic Education from Florida State University, certified in business development, mediation and conflict management and has been a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society since 2008.

As a multilingual trainer, coach and speaker, she is committed to finding pragmatic solutions for her clients all while delivering her services in a direct and dynamic approach.

Prior to opening her own coaching business in 2012, she was and remains the co-owner of a local Montreal music label and production house, along with her husband.

Although her three children and career keep her busy, she remains active within her community supporting various women and youth associations.
