About

Hi, my name is Yasser Salinas, I'm from Lima, Peru. I have almost 2 years of experience working as a virtual administrative assistant.

First I started working on an accounting firm, where I learn how to work and handle the bookkeeping of different companies in Quickbooks. On that job, I had to handle the schedule of all the staff, get all the information required for the bookkeeping of all the clients and be in constant communication with them managing the customer portfolio, and other various administrative labors.

Also, I'm working at the moment with a Real Estate Flipping Company located in Illinois, where I handle all the payments of the contractors and vendors that give us all the supplies for the Rehab of each property, I schedule every inspection for the property, apply for insurances and be on the loop of every communication between the lawyers and the lender company.

Work Terms

Hours of operation: From 8:00 am to 7:00 pm US Eastern Time.
Payment Terms: Per hour/weekly.
Communication preference: Email, Skype, WhatsApp, Zoom.
