Work Terms

a Terms of Service for Yassin's Logo Design

Hours of Operation:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Local Time)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Local Time)
Sunday: Closed

Payment Terms:

1-A 50% deposit is required upon project initiation, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before the delivery of final files.
2-Accepted payment methods include PayPal.
3-All prices are in $ and are subject to change based on project requirements.

Preferred Communication Style:

I prioritize clear and open communication. Preferred channels include:
1-Messaging Apps (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack): For quick questions or updates.
2-I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days.
Revisions:

Each project includes 5 rounds of revisions based on your feedback. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Turnaround Time:

Typical project turnaround time is one day, depending on complexity and current workload. A timeline will be provided upon project confirmation.
