This is Yogesh. I am based out of Bangalore.
I am a Mechanical Engineer with 8 plus years of experience working across diverse industries like Oil & Gas, E-Commerce, Retail, IT, Manufacturing, Automotive and Healthcare. I have worked across different verticals of Supply Chain Management like Procurement, Inventory Management,Order Management, Vendor Management, Vendor Development and Import Management. In addition to this, I also have sound knowledge of Project Management, Resource Forecasting, Time Management and compliance management.
Apart from my pre-defined objectives, I have always taken initiative to add value to the business. This has been in many forms i.e be it analysing data and providing meaningful insights, streamlining processes, setting up a process, creating SOPs.
My other significant achievements would be delivering cost reduction projects and thereby pushing up the revenue.
My strengths would be my ability to learn things quickly, strong bias for action & attention to detail. My peers often describe me as somebody who is easy to work with, punctual & one who adheres to deadlines. I am keen to take up new and exciting projects and help businesses increase their productivity and efficiency.
When not chasing vendors or analysing data, I like to take a dip in a swimming pool, play a game of table tennis, go for a long run, head out to the suburbs or spend some quality time with my family.
