About

Being a technical support and customer service for three years equipped me with communication skills and deep understanding on how to deal with different kinds of customers.

I am currently an IT Support in an international company in which I provide technical assistance both remote and on-site for software and hardware issues. Part of my job is to also create/manage accounts on Active Directory and Office365. Also experienced in Spiceworks, JIRA and Samanage ticketing system.
