Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Availability: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+5).
Response Time: I typically respond to messages within 24 hours during business days. For urgent matters, please mark your message as "Urgent," and I will prioritize it.
Payment Terms:

Payment Method: Payments are to be made through Guru's SafePay Escrow system for mutual security and convenience.
Milestones: Payments will be tied to project milestones or deliverables as agreed upon before the start of the project.
Payment: Full payment is due within 7 days of project completion or milestone delivery.
Revisions: I offer unlimited free revisions per project. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.
Cancellation & Refunds: If the client cancels a after work has commenced, a proportional payment will be required for the work completed.
Preferred Communication Style:

Primary Communication: I prefer communicating through Guru's messaging platform to keep all discussions organized and accessible.
Meetings: For detailed discussions, I am available for scheduled meetings via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet.
Updates: I will provide regular updates on the project's progress, typically via Guru messages or email, depending on your preference.
Project Timeline:

Turnaround Time: The estimated project timeline will be provided based on the scope of work and will be discussed during the initial consultation.
Confidentiality:

All client information and project details will be kept strictly confidential.
File Delivery:

Final deliverables will be provided in the formats requested, such as JPEG, PNG, PDF, PSD, or any other format agreed upon.
