Work Terms

General Terms:
All projects are priced based on the number of words or pages to be translated. Hourly rates may apply for consultations or rush jobs.
Turnaround time is agreed upon before the project begins and varies depending on project size and complexity.
Payment Terms: Payments are made upfront for smaller projects (less than €100), and for larger projects, a 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion.
Confidentiality:
I respect the confidentiality of all materials shared with me. Any sensitive documents will be handled with the utmost discretion.
Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) are available upon request.
Revisions:
Minor revisions (e.g., word choice or phrasing adjustments) will be made free of charge within 1-2days after delivery.
Major revisions that significantly alter the scope of the project or require a large amount of additional work will incur extra charges.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If a project is canceled after work has started, 50% of the agreed fee will be non-refundable to cover time and resources spent.
Refunds are available if the work delivered does not meet the quality standards agreed upon, provided the issue is communicated within 1-2 days of delivery.
Delivery:
All translations are delivered in [preferred formats: Word, PDF, Google Docs, etc.]. If you require other formats, please let me know in advance.
For large or complex projects, regular updates will be provided to keep you informed of progress.
Quality Assurance:
All translations go through a quality assurance process to ensure accuracy and consistency.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translation, I will work with you to make adjustments, ensuring your full satisfaction
