Work Terms
**Work Terms Agreement**
**Parties:**
This agreement ("Agreement") is between Dheeraj, the Developer, and TheWebRise, the Client.
**Scope of Work:**
The Developer will provide web development services to TheWebRise, including design, development, and maintenance.
**Responsibilities:**
The Developer will work professionally and communicate regularly. TheWebRise will provide necessary resources and information.
**Payment:**
Payment will be based on agreed rates or milestones. Invoices will be submitted upon completion.
**Intellectual Property:**
All work created belongs to TheWebRise. The Developer has a non-exclusive license for project use.
**Confidentiality:**
Both parties agree to keep project details confidential.
**Termination:**
Either party can terminate the agreement with notice if terms are breached.
**Governing Law:**
This Agreement follows the laws of [Specify Jurisdiction].
**Entire Agreement:**
This Agreement is the entire understanding between the parties.
