Deliveries: Agile Methodology is followed for every product which gets developed at Yugasa. We share public link or app installers on weekly basis to let the customers and stakeholders see the project progress and share their timely feedback. Apart from the work link we do weekly calls to discuss around the progress achieved and plans for the upcoming week.

Payment Terms: We accept payments through Guru and follow schedules as shared in Guru's project contract. If any new feature request is raised during the project development, we then share additional efforts estimates for such additional requests and based on mutual agreement, that sum of payment is added in billable amount.

Work Time: We work for 5 days in a week. Clients are informed well in advance in case of any national holidays approaching.

Communication: Our preferred tools for communication are email, Skype, Slack and Phone
