As a leader, I firmly believe in the importance of thoroughly understanding the environment, processes, teams, and their dynamics. I try to empower teams, believe in their talent, and give them the freedom to unleash their full potential. I have had the privilege of training people from all around the world. I take immense pride in seeing their future successes in technology, automation, entrepreneurship, and the positive impact they make on society.

My curiosity drives me to understand the why and how of things. With a strong embrace of technology, I have experience monitoring performance, optimization, and management, which allows me to generate ideas and implement them effectively.
