• Writing and maintaining project-related documentation and full set of requirements, including data flow diagrams, system functionality specification and attributes mapping between different data formats (FIXML, CSV, Fixed length, others).

• Determining and defining project scope and objectives. Performing estimation, planning and prioritization of initiatives. Managing backlog, monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion.

• Total experience in IT is over 15 years. Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio. Worked with HTML, CSS, PHP, XML, XPATH, JSON, YAML, FPML, FIX, SQL.
• Knowledge of different CRM, HelpDesk and issue tracking systems (Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, Github).
• Skills: Business analysis, project management, requirements gathering, analytical thinking, problem solving, system analysis, financial markets, trading systems, fixed income.
• Native Russian Speaker, Advanced English, Intermediate Spanish.
