Some of the biggest challenges in hiring a remote contractor for a fast evolving architecture project often include their communication and response time. Yuliyan is great communicator. He was able to meet and exceed our expectations on all aspects of our project. To top it off, he is a pleasure to work with.

Yuliyan has been a pleasure to work with on our detailed custom carriage door project. He is an excellent communicator in English, both written and oral. His ability to spin our required changes quickly and accurately was incredibly beneficial to this custom project with some difficult design issues. He brought great analytical skills to the mechanical aspects of the door system and above all, the right attitude to be an awesome team player. We will definitely work with Yuliyan again.
