A Journey of Leadership, Growth, and Connection

I have always been passionate about people, communication, and making a difference. My career journey started in the hospitality and tourism sectors, where I developed my skills in leadership, team management, and customer service. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, which provided me with a strong foundation in business operations, organizational skills, and critical thinking.

For over 7 years, I had the privilege of working in the diving industry, first as an Assistant Manager at Dive Concepts Lembongan, and later as a General Manager at Reeflex Divers. In these roles, I honed my skills in problem-solving, crisis management, and team development. I learned that a great team, clear communication, and thoughtful planning are the keys to success. My focus was always on providing exceptional experiences for guests, while also creating a supportive and efficient work environment for my staff.

Throughout my career, I have been driven by a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to help others. This is why I transitioned into freelance work, offering writing, translation, and administrative services. As someone who has always enjoyed writing and learning new languages, freelancing has allowed me to combine my love for language with my professional skills. Although I am new to freelancing, I bring years of leadership and management experience to the table, ensuring I approach each project with dedication, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

When I'm not working, I love exploring the outdoors, meeting new people, and expanding my horizons. I believe that every new experience is an opportunity to grow, whether it’s diving into a new project or learning a new skill. My hobbies include traveling, reading, and diving—activities that have shaped my perspective and fueled my passion for connecting with others.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation
My regular working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday through Friday. However, I am flexible and can accommodate urgent requests outside of these hours if needed, with prior arrangement.

Payment Terms

Hourly Rate: My rate is $35 per hour, which can be adjusted based on the scope and complexity of the project.
Project-based Payments: For larger projects, I can provide a fixed price quote, with 50% due upfront and the remaining 50% upon completion.
Payments are accepted via PayPal, Bank Transfer, or any preferred payment platform that is mutually agreed upon.
I require full payment within 5 business days after project completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

Preferred Communication Style

Email will be the primary mode of communication for formal discussions and project details.
For quick updates or urgent messages, I prefer WhatsApp or Slack for faster responses.
I’m open to video calls via Zoom, Skype, or Google Meet for more in-depth discussions, brainstorming, or project kick-off meetings.
Please allow a response time of 24 hours during weekdays for non-urgent queries. For urgent matters, feel free to mark the message as "urgent."
Revisions & Feedback

I offer 2 rounds of revisions for each project to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
Additional revisions beyond the initial 2 will incur a small fee, which will be communicated before proceeding.
Confidentiality

All work delivered will remain confidential. I will not share your content, business information, or any project details with third parties unless explicitly agreed upon.
Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a project is canceled after work has begun, 50% of the agreed fee will be retained for work completed up until the point of cancellation.
If I cannot meet the agreed-upon deadlines or project requirements, I will offer a full refund or work to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
