Specialist real estate appraiser focusing on vacant land, easement, corridor, and right of way appraisal.
I have a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning and Economics. I spent the first 4 years of my career as an economist for the State of Nebraska. I was then lucky enough to stumble into a career as a real estate appraiser with Union Pacific Railroad. It focused my strongest skill sets of zoning, GIS, research, and economics. This background made me especially good at highest and best use analysis which was critical to my appraisal work at UP as much of the land I valued was non typical, vacant, or land to be redeveloped.
Work Terms
Though most of my work experience is within the western United States, I operate out of Amsterdam, the Netherlands, so I work early morning, but I'm available for meetings as late as noon PST.
