Work Terms
As a graphic designer, here are my standard work terms to ensure smooth collaboration and successful project outcomes:
1.Project Scope:
Services Provided: logo design, branding, digital illustrations, social media graphics, marketing materials, and more as agreed upon.
Deliverables: Specific deliverables (e.g., file formats, mockups, revisions) will be clearly defined at the start of the project.
2.Timeline:
Project Duration: A clear timeline for project milestones and final delivery will be established upfront.
Deadlines: I will meet agreed-upon deadlines as long as client feedback is timely.
3. Revisions
Initial Concepts: I typically provide 2-3 design concepts for selection.
Number of Revisions: Up to 3 revisions are included, depending on the project scope. Additional revisions will be billed separately.
4.Payment Terms:
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [X]% is required to begin the project.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before delivery of final files.
Additional Charges: Changes outside of the original scope (e.g., new concepts, major revisions) may incur additional charges.
5. Copyright and Ownership:
Ownership: Once full payment is received, the client will own the final design files. I retain the right to showcase the work in my portfolio.
Stock Assets: Any stock photos or third-party assets will be licensed appropriately, and additional costs (if any) will be communicated upfront.
6. Communication:
Feedback: Clear, constructive feedback is crucial for timely delivery.
Contact: I am available for communication via email, phone, or messaging apps during agreed-upon hours.
7. Cancellations:
If the project is canceled mid-way, payment will be made for work completed up to that point.
