Professional Experience: Presently associated with Finance consulting firm One stopFinsol (Onestopfinsol dot com) as a manager. My present profile is a financial advisor and accountant. I maintain books of diversified industries like Textile manufacturers, Company dealers, Software developers etc. and assisting them for their VAT tax compliance. Also, I assist business to get bank and private finance by preparing the financial model and business plan. I have gained the utmost knowledge and understanding Business finance and business development. I have been awarded designated sanctioning power of working capital loans being higher grade executive. In my early days at Bank of Baroda, the 2nd largest bank of India, I have appraised many Greenfield as well as brown filed proposals of different industries like Power, Real estate, highways etc. I have done an internship from leading financial advisory firms in India for three years. the business advisory with diverse experience in accounting, tax compliance (domestic and international), audit, reviews, compilation and business valuation for small to mid-sized businesses. Work Terms
