Work Terms

Project Scope & Fees:

A detailed project proposal outlining deliverables, timelines, and revisions will be provided for each project.
Fees are based on project complexity and scope, and can be structured as an hourly rate, a flat fee, or a combination of both.
50% deposit is due upon project acceptance, with the remaining balance due upon project completion and client approval.
Revisions & Feedback:

A set number of revisions are included in the project fee. Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate.
Clear and concise feedback is crucial for efficient revisions. Zaina encourages ongoing communication throughout the design process.
Copyright & Ownership:

Zaina retains ownership of the original design files until final payment is received.
Clients will receive full commercial rights for approved final designs for their specific use.
Termination:

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice (gmail is acceptable).
In the case of client termination, any completed work will be billed in full, and a termination fee may apply depending on project progress.
If Zaina terminates due to client non-cooperation or missed payments, all work completed will be billed, and the project agreement will be null and void.
Acceptance of Terms:

By proceeding with the project, the client acknowledges acceptance of these terms of service.
