As a professional WordPress web developer and SEO expert, I firmly believe in clear communication and transparency in the project flow. My work terms have been described so that deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are understood by both parties. Following is a breakdown of my terms:
Scope of Work: I will deliver a fully functional, responsive WordPress website, which may include theme customization, plugin development, and basic SEO optimization. The scope also includes up to unlimited revisions. Additional work outside the defined scope will be discussed and billed separately.
Payment Terms: In the case of project based work, I take a fixed price. I request 50% upfront to begin the project and the remaining 50% upon completion.
Project Timeline: My average timeline for a project completion is generally depends on the work's complexity. I will give you the estimated completion date upon acceptance, and I will regularly update you with the development of the project.
Revision/Changes: I allow unlimited revisions within the agreed scope of work. Any further revisions or changes to the project would be billed at an hourly rate.
Client Responsibilities: I require all content, images, and login information to be supplied by the client within 3 days of project start in order for the project to sail through. Delays receiving materials from clients could reduce the overall timeline.
