Summary
Over 15 years of experience specialising in Human & Gender issues, Women and Violence specialising in Armed Conflict areas of India. As senior leadership, I have managed teams, overseen project execution and provided technical expertise. My work at the CEHAT Centre for Enquiry into Health and Allied Themes involved developing the Violence against Women project in armed conflict areas of India. Prior to this, I carried out independ-ent research projects in the war torn state of Jammu and Kashmir. My previous experience also includes working with UNDP on a peace-building project in the war torn state of Punjab in India and a UNDP project with Af-ghani Refugees in India. I am presently working as an independent Consultant with CEHAT conduct-ing research in conflict zones.

Work Terms

I am currently residing in Singapore with my family. I am willing to take on projects outside of Singapore. I am willing to travel for my work. I have mostly worked on project basis hence am used to meeting reasonable deadlines within the project time frame.
With the nature of my work I am used to being in stressful armed conflict areas.
I would like to be paid keeping in mind my work experience and qualifications. But would be open to reasonable negotiations.
