  The ZapBuild team always puts in the extra effort to help complete projects/tasks to our satisfaction. We recently had an unexpected (major) issue with something after hours on a Saturday, and we didn't expect ZapBuild to even be available, but they were able to get ahold of a developer and get them to jump online on a Saturday and fix our issue quickly. They go above and beyond our expectations and definitely recommend them to others.

  While working with ZapBuild's Sorav Tandon and his team, they have all been provided excellent service. They are very responsive to communication and requests, and will ensure that they find a solution to any issues that may arise during the project. We are located in the USA and put ZapBuild up against many local companies and in the end, we decided to outsource the work to ZapBuild/India. If we were able to make this decision again, it would be the same one. ZapBuild does not try and nickel and dime us like the USA companies and ZapBuild's professionalism and quality is not surpassed by anyone. We have no hesitation in sending them requests for new functionality or simply changing how something works as we know they will get it done and get it done right. We plan to continue to outsource are development needs and have no plans to change that. We have not had any language barriers and if there is ever any confusion, they are willing to jump on a quick Skype call to talk through it and make sure that everyone is on the same page. All in all, it has been a great experience working with ZapBuild and would recommend them to anyone regardless of where you are located.
