Work Terms
As a graphic designer, my work terms typically include:
Payment terms: Payment can be made through various methods, such as bank transfer, or other secure payment methods. For large projects, a deposit may be required before work can begin, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project.
Preferred communication style: I prefer to communicate through email or video conferencing. I find these methods to be the most effective in terms of discussing project details, providing updates, and receiving feedback. However, I am flexible and open to other communication methods that may be preferred by the client.
Project timeline: Before beginning a project, I typically provide a timeline for completion based on the scope of work. This timeline can be adjusted if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, but I always strive to meet agreed-upon deadlines.
Revisions: I typically include a certain number of revisions in my pricing to ensure the client is happy with the final product. If additional revisions are required, they may incur an additional fee.
Ownership and usage rights: Unless otherwise agreed upon, I retain ownership and usage rights to all design concepts and files created during the project. However, the client is granted usage rights for the specific purpose outlined in the project agreement.
