My mission is to help organizations maximize profit by approaching a zero cost state.

Nearly everything can be expressed in the language of money; everything has a cost. Some folks argue for "zero defects", or high employee and customer satisfaction; less warranty, scrap, and rework; smaller carbon footprint; better safety ratings / minimal TRIR, etc. Really what they're all after is minimal cost; minimizing cost associated with poor quality, unpleasant work culture, lack of environmental stewardship, and workplace injuries. Although it is impossible to reach a zero cost state, I help organizations from a wide range of industries get closer.
