Response Time: Messages are typically responded to within 24 hours during business days. Urgent matters can be flagged for quicker attention.
Meetings: Scheduled Zoom or Teams meetings for project kick-offs, progress updates, and final reviews. Brief check-ins via phone or video call as needed.
Work Hours
Standard Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), with flexibility for client needs across different time zones.

Payment Terms
Payment Structure: Typically 50% upfront and 50% upon project completion. For larger projects, a milestone-based payment plan may be arranged (e.g., 30% upfront, 40% mid-project, 30% on delivery).
Invoicing: Invoices are issued upon agreement of the project scope and at designated milestones. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice receipt, depending on the agreement.
Late Fees: A late fee of 1.5% per month may be applied to overdue payments.
