Work Terms
1. Project Scope & Requirements
a- Clear and detailed project requirements must be provided before work begins.
b- Any changes to the project scope after work has commenced may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.
2. Communication
a- Regular updates will be provided through Guru’s messaging system.
b- Response times will typically be within 4 hours during weekdays.
c- Meetings can be scheduled upon request, with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
3. Timeline & Deadlines
a- Project timelines will be mutually agreed upon before the start of work.
b- Deadlines are based on timely feedback and the provision of necessary resources from the client.
4. Revisions
a- Unlimited revisions are included with each deliverable.
5. Payment Terms
a- Payments will be made through Guru’s SafePay system.
b- Payment milestones will be defined and agreed upon before starting the project.
c- Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval of deliverables.
6. Confidentiality
a- All client information and project details will be treated as confidential.
b- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be signed upon request.
7. Intellectual Property
a- Upon full payment, all rights to the final deliverables will be transferred to the client.
b- The freelancer (Zeyad Mohamed Soliman) retains the right to display work in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
8. Support & Maintenance
a- Post-project support is available for [X] days after completion.
b- Ongoing maintenance can be provided under a separate agreement.
9. Termination
a- Either party may terminate the project with written notice.
b- In the event of termination, the client will pay for all work completed up to that point.
10. Dispute Resolution
a- Any disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per Guru’s guidelines.
