Work Terms
I typically work from 10 am to 6 pm, though I don't mind pulling overtime, depending on work urgency. When writing, I prefer creating brief outlines that are subject to customers' approval. That way, I can ensure they'll be satisfied with the content. When editing, I use the track changes and notes features of Microsoft Word, so that customers can keep track of the changes I'm suggesting. I also write editoral letters explaining both the changes I'm suggesting and covering the overall strengths of a work I've edited. I use track changes and notes when proofreading works as well.
