Work Terms

Thank you for choosing Words That Work for You for your writing and content creation needs. We are committed to delivering high-quality, tailored content that aligns with your goals and brand voice. Please read the following work terms carefully to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration.

1. Scope of Work
We will provide writing, editing, and content strategy services as outlined in the signed agreement or project brief. The specific deliverables, timelines, and expectations will be clearly defined for each project.

2. Project Initiation
Each project begins with an initial consultation, where we will discuss your needs, objectives, and preferences. A detailed proposal, including pricing, timelines, and specific deliverables, will be provided before any work begins.

3. Timeline and Deadlines
Upon agreement, a project timeline will be established, which may include milestones for feedback and revisions. We ask for timely communication and feedback from clients to ensure deadlines are met. If there are delays on the client’s end, the timeline may need to be adjusted accordingly.

4. Revisions and Edits
We offer a set number of revisions as part of each project (usually 1–2 rounds). Revisions are meant to refine and adjust content based on initial feedback. Significant changes beyond the scope of the original request may incur additional charges.

5. Fees and Payment
All fees will be agreed upon in advance and are outlined in the project proposal. Payments are typically made as follows:

Deposit: A 50% deposit is due upfront before work begins.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, before delivery of the final content.
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.

6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and will not share any details or content without explicit permission. Any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us will be kept confidential.
