My name is Ziannah Remo, or you can call me Zi. Been in the BPO Industry for almost 6years in total now. I was with my recent company for almost 3 and a half years now, worked as a Sales Advisor / Sales Representative to a Telco Company in the United States and luckily after a year, was promoted to be a Support Specialist - role is to handle escalation requests from Sales Representatives customers', requesting a supervisor call. Acting as a supervisor is the main role.

Work Terms
