Work Terms
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Saturday from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (local time). Will be open on selected public holidays.
Payment Terms:
Payment is typically conducted through secure online payment platforms. Various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, EFT and bank transfers, are accepted. For larger projects or ongoing collaborations, an upfront deposit will be required, with the remaining balance invoiced upon completion. Specific payment terms can be discussed and agreed upon before commencing work.
Preferred Communication Style:
Clear and efficient communication is valued. Initial inquiries, project discussions, and sharing project details are preferably conducted via email and the WhatsApp platform . Additionally, I accommodate video calls or phone consultations by appointment for more detailed discussions or clarifications. Responses to emails and messages are typically provided within 24 hours during business hours, with urgent matters addressed promptly.
Revision Policy:
Ensuring client satisfaction is paramount to me. Therefore, a revision policy is offered to address any concerns and make necessary adjustments. Depending on the project scope, a predetermined number of revisions may be included in the initial agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed-upon limit may incur an extra fee. However, l remain committed to working closely with clients to meet their expectations.
Confidentiality and Data Security:
