I am a happy and self- motivated individual who believes that confidence isn't only about being sure of what you want and nailed it; confidence is also about being okay and accepting whatever the outcome of your brave decision is moving forward.

Formerly a customer service representative with a year of experience handling different types of calls and customer personalities. I learned how to deal with irate people, improved my communication skills, and enhanced my ability to work under pressure; and worked extra mile for my clients as well.

Talking about the extra mile, this is why I dare myself to dive into freelancing, though I know I'm gonna be taking my life in my own hand if I don't succeed. What did I do? I enrolled in an intensive VA Bootcamp and there I got the chance to improve some of my skills and made me almost ready to meet my future client :)
