Work Terms

1. Scope of Work

The scope of work will be defined in a detailed project proposal, including deliverables, timelines, and specific responsibilities of both parties.

2. Project Timeline

Project timelines will be agreed upon at the start of each project and may be adjusted with mutual consent if requirements change.

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Pricing will be project-based or hourly, as agreed prior to the commencement of work.
Payments are due in phases: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-project review, and 30% upon completion, prior to final handover.
Late payments may incur a charge of 10% per month.

4. Communication

Regular communication will be maintained via guru message box, slack, or video calls.
Status updates will be provided weekly or as agreed in the project proposal.

5. Revisions and Approvals

Each deliverable will include up to X revisions within the original scope of work. Additional revisions or significant changes in scope will be subject to extra charges.
Client approvals are required at each major milestone before proceeding to the next phase.

6. Confidentiality

All client information and project details will be treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All original code, designs, and products created by Your Company will remain the intellectual property of Your Company until payment is fully received.
Upon final payment, ownership of all work completed and associated intellectual property rights will be transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

8. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if there are significant breaches that are not remedied within 30 days.
In the event of cancellation, compensation will be paid for all work completed up to the point of termination.

9. Warranty and Support

All deliverables will come with a 3-month warranty covering bugs and malfunctions.
