Hours of Operation: I am available for work from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+5). However, I’m flexible and can accommodate different time zones and urgent projects if needed. Feel free to message me anytime, and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours.

Turnaround Time: Project turnaround time will vary depending on the complexity of the task. For most standard video or image editing projects, you can expect delivery within 2-5 business days. If you have a tight deadline, let me know, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.

Payment Terms: For seamless and worry-free transactions, I prefer to work through Guru’s secure payment system. Payments are split as follows:

50% upfront to start the project.

50% upon final delivery and your satisfaction with the results.


If you have any specific payment preferences or concerns, I’m open to discussing them to ensure a smooth process.

Revisions: I offer 2 free revisions to make sure the final product meets your expectations. Additional revisions beyond that will be charged based on the scope of work.

Communication: I value clear and consistent communication to keep things on track. We can stay in touch via Guru's messaging platform, email, or any preferred channel. I'm happy to provide updates as often as needed to keep you informed.
