Hey there! I have been working in a BPO Industry for more than 3 years, I was on a Australian account Third Party Debt Collections, I handle inbound and outbound calls, with email support. On that line of business, i learned how to interact with different kinds of people. I assist customers who's having a hard time paying their debts by knowing their Financial Situation. Not just that, i also handle fraud, disputes, and Financial Hardship customers. After a year, i was transferred to a Pioneer line of business for a Retail Store in Australia as a Customer Service Representative with Collections. We call customers and take inbound calls to assist them with their concerns and outstanding balance to continue the availability of the service that they are getting.
I decided to get out of my comfort zone, i hope you can give a chance to know me better and to share my skills with you.
